Climbing and Abseiling for all ages
Our Climbing courses are on the natural crags of South Wales, on primarily Limestone
or Sandstone. Because of our location in South Wales we are lucky to be able to
provide both types of rock face for our courses.
Harnesses and helmets are provided for your use. All the time you are climbing you
will be attached to a safety rope and therefore are very safe throughout your climbing
experience.
The crags used may vary depending upon weather conditions and may become very slippery,
however our instructors are very experienced and your climbing experience will not
be affected.
The abseiling takes place in the same areas as the rock climbing and just like the
rock climbing you will be attached to a safety rope for your peace of mind. This
means that you will be able to appreciate the surroundings, therefore have a more
enjoyable experience, especially
if it is your first encounter with abseiling.
