We offer an ability for those taking part in the Award Scheme to fulfil some parts
of the awards such as physical recreation, service and expedition.

Capabilities
We can provide planning and access to all four areas of the scheme for individuals
and groups.
Expedition / Exploration
We can provide planning for individuals or groups wishing to hike or paddle an expedition
or even a practice expedition or exploration in the Black Mountains or Brecon Beacons
areas or the Welsh Rivers. We can also provide training courses to bring individuals
up to suitable standards of ability to take on expeditions.
Physical Recreation
We can provide practice and assessments of BCU / WCA star tests which are recognised
by the award for every level of the scheme.
Service
We can provide basic training for the awards the basic level being canoe safety
test.
Skills
The scheme now allows any star test to be the assessment level of each of the awards
with progression being the operative word therefore star one could provide the skill
you need for bronze silver or gold then star two for silver or gold etc..
